Lo&amp;nbsp;doras todo en&amp;nbsp;aceite con&amp;nbsp;Garam Masala y&amp;nbsp;Tandoori spice, cuando están blanditos, los&amp;nbsp;quitas de&amp;nbsp;la sartén y&amp;nbsp;los bates en&amp;nbsp;termomix o&amp;nbsp;con una&amp;nbsp;batidora de&amp;nbsp;mano.&lt;/p>&lt;br />&lt;a name="p2788-4">&lt;/a>&lt;p class="auto" id="p2788-4">
Ahora los&amp;nbsp;últimos pasos para terminar:&lt;/p>&lt;br />&lt;a name="p2788-5">&lt;/a>&lt;p class="auto" id="p2788-5">
Necesitarás:&lt;/p>&lt;br />
&lt;ul>&lt;li> El&amp;nbsp;Pollo adobado
&lt;/li>&lt;li> Pasta de&amp;nbsp;curry de&amp;nbsp;bote &amp;#147;Tandoori&amp;#148;
&lt;/li>&lt;li> Lata de&amp;nbsp;concentrado de&amp;nbsp;tomate
&lt;/li>&lt;li> almendra cruda molida (un paquete de&amp;nbsp;los que&amp;nbsp;se&amp;nbsp;encuentra en&amp;nbsp;Mercadona)
&lt;/li>&lt;li> 250 cl&amp;nbsp;nata para cocinar
&lt;/li>&lt;li> 1 tomate fresco y&amp;nbsp;bien grande, picado
&lt;/li>&lt;li> ramito de&amp;nbsp;cilantro fresco, picado finito&lt;/li>&lt;/ul>

En&amp;nbsp;la misma sartén, doras el&amp;nbsp;pollo pero conservas el&amp;nbsp;adobo aparte. Devuelves la&amp;nbsp;pasta de&amp;nbsp;cebolla/ajo/genjibre a&amp;nbsp;la sarten (sin limpiarla del&amp;nbsp;jugo del&amp;nbsp;pollo). Le&amp;nbsp;hechas el&amp;nbsp;adobo restante del&amp;nbsp;pollo, una&amp;nbsp;lata pequeña de&amp;nbsp;tomate doble concentrado y&amp;nbsp;le pones otras dos&amp;nbsp;cucharas soperas de&amp;nbsp;la pasta de&amp;nbsp;bote. Si&amp;nbsp;está muy&amp;nbsp;espeso, añade agua. Déjalo a&amp;nbsp;fuego medio unos 5 minutos. &lt;/p>&lt;br />&lt;a name="p2788-7">&lt;/a>&lt;p class="auto" id="p2788-7">
Despúes echale el&amp;nbsp;pollo de&amp;nbsp;nuevo y&amp;nbsp;déjalo a&amp;nbsp;fuego medio otros 15 minutos. Luego le&amp;nbsp;echas almendra cruda molida y&amp;nbsp;lo dejas otros 5 minutos, puede que&amp;nbsp;le&amp;nbsp;haga falta agua en&amp;nbsp;ese momento. Despúes la&amp;nbsp;nata y&amp;nbsp;lo dejas unos 2 o&amp;nbsp;3 minutos, apagas el&amp;nbsp;fuego y&amp;nbsp;echa gajos de&amp;nbsp;tomate rojo crudo y&amp;nbsp;cuando lo&amp;nbsp;sirves, le&amp;nbsp;echas cilantro fresco encima, molido un&amp;nbsp;poco para que&amp;nbsp;salga el&amp;nbsp;aroma.&lt;/p>&lt;br />
Se&amp;nbsp;sirve con&amp;nbsp;arroz basmati hervido &amp;#147;al dente&amp;#148;.&lt;br />
