Poner los&amp;nbsp;calabacines cortados por&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;mitad en&amp;nbsp;una olla con&amp;nbsp;un&amp;nbsp;vaso de&amp;nbsp;agua y&amp;nbsp;un puñado de&amp;nbsp;sal y&amp;nbsp;cocer los&amp;nbsp;calabacines al&amp;nbsp;vapor tapando la&amp;nbsp;olla. Se&amp;nbsp;vacia la&amp;nbsp;pulpa de&amp;nbsp;los calabacines con&amp;nbsp;una cuchara y&amp;nbsp;se trocea. Mientras se&amp;nbsp;rehoga la&amp;nbsp;cebolla bien troceada, se&amp;nbsp;añade la&amp;nbsp;carne con&amp;nbsp;un&amp;nbsp;poco de&amp;nbsp;sal. Cuando ya&amp;nbsp;esté echa se&amp;nbsp;añade la&amp;nbsp;pulpa de&amp;nbsp;los calabacines y&amp;nbsp;el vino. Se&amp;nbsp;deja hirviendo a&amp;nbsp;fuego lento y&amp;nbsp;se deja enfriar. Finalmente se&amp;nbsp;rellenan los&amp;nbsp;calabacines con&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;refrito, se&amp;nbsp;cubren con&amp;nbsp;una loncha de&amp;nbsp;queso o&amp;nbsp;queso rallado y&amp;nbsp;se meten en&amp;nbsp;el horno a&amp;nbsp;gratinar.&lt;/p></description>
